Physiotherapy is a safe, healthy and non-drug based approach to the treatment of pain and restoration of full function.
It is our goal to help you achieve maximum results from your physiotherapy treatment in the shortest timeframe, as word of mouth recommendations represent our most valuable marketing tool as a small business.
At Physiofusion all of our physiotherapists are Senior Physiotherapists who have a minimum of 10 years of postgraduate experience.
We hold University Degrees in Physiotherapy, and we are CORU State Registered, Chartered Physiotherapists, holding full professional indemnity insurance.
Chartered Physiotherapists in Ireland are trained to accurately diagnose and treat musculoskeletal pain, and to triage appropriately to other health professionals as appropriate.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We will always uphold your Right to Privacy and Confidentiality, and you will be treated with the highest level of discretion during your care at Physiofusion.
Clinic policies on GDPR, Website Privacy and our Child Policy can be viewed at reception.
How many sessions will I need?
Many of our clients attend for just one session - eg they simply require one session of hands-on treatment to their neck to resolve a catching pain when they turn, or they request an exercise programme to help with eg back pain, and may not wish to have any follow up visits.
We strive to give our clients an accurate projection of their recovery during the initial 45 minute session, and to give as much advice as possible so you can help yourself through positioning, modification of posture/movement and home/gym exercise.
You will never be advised to return each week on a never ending saga.
We re-assess your progress with you each week, and if progress plateaus at any stage we will follow our initial assessment plan eg referral for Xray/MRI/joint injection.
Some conditions will recover much more rapidly with manual therapy and prescription of a graded exercise programme - eg to take a shoulder rotator cuff tear from time of injury to return to sport, and these more chronic injuries may take several weeks to resolve.
Product Selling - Medical Ethics
We do not seek to profit by selling products to our clients.
If we feel you may benefit from a particular pillow/cushion/joint support brace etc we will advise you of this, and advise you of where you may be able to purchase it yourself.
If you would prefer us to source and purchase it for you, we will of course do so. There will be an approx €5-€10 admin charge for this which we will advise you of in advance.
