Your First Session:

On completion of your first session at Physiofusion, you can expect:

To leave happier than when you came in!

We aim to achieve this by helping you:

1/ To feel better and to move better! We use advanced hands-on skills of tissue and joint mobilisations to directly alleviate your pain/stiffness from the first session.

2/ To understand why your back is painful (ie to have a 'diagnosis').

3/ To have a written exercise programme to help restore painfree movement.

4/ To know how to help yourself- eg avoiding sitting or driving if appropriate to allow pain-sensitised tissues to settle.

5/ To have a guideline of when you can safely return to golf/football etc.

6/ To be informed if we feel we need to liase with your GP for onward referral for further investigations eg MRI or to see a hospital consultant.

7/ To learn how you may reduce your risk of back pain into the future.

8/ Tips to improve your posture.
