Important Advice - Please read the following:
Please do not attend the clinic if you are feeling unwell in any way with respiratory symptoms including fever, shortness of breath, cough or loss of taste/smell, and phone us instead for further advice.
Please do not attend if you or any member of your household has been abroad in the preceding 14 day period. We have some patients in vulnerable categories and we wish to take all sensible precautions possible to ensure a safe environment for all.
Please do not attend if any member of your household is awaiting a COVID test, or a test result, or has tested positive in the previous 14 day period, or if you are a close contact of a confirmed case (14 day quarantine period).
You will receive an email with our COVID screening questions prior to your appointment.
Please arrive at the clinic at your designated appointment time, and not earlier than your scheduled time (we do not wish to have anyone waiting unneccessarily in the waiting room).
A staff member will meet you upon arrival, ask you to wash your hands, and take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer.
